The Lucy
We are located on 20 acres 12 miles from downtown. Ned the llama will greet you as you go down the driveway. He lives with a group of friendly mini goats to help keep them safe. The backyard overlooks the back pasture where 2 rescue horses enjoy napping under the shade trees and occasionally racing across the pasture. There are working pens nearby that have sheep/goats chilling in them. You will hear/see our flock of chickens/ guineas as they free range the property in search of tasty bugs.
THE SPACE
This is a 3 bed (2 kings 1 queen) 2 bath (master has a walk-in shower 2nd bath as a tub/ shower) with living room, full kitchen and laundry room. There is a fenced backyard with gas firepit and outdoor dining table.
GUEST ACCESS
You are free to enjoy the house and yard. We have to request you not enter any pastures/ pens with animals unless accompanied by the owners. This is for your safety and that of the animals.

Fritztown Story
Fritztown Farms started with just seven hens and a dream of self-sufficiency. Over the years, it has grown into a thriving 20-acre farm just outside Fredericksburg, home to rare-breed poultry, Babydoll sheep, Nigerian Dwarf goats, and even a guardian llama named Ned.
With a cozy BnB on-site, guests can experience farm life up close, from watching rescue horses nap in the pasture to hearing the chatter of free-ranging chickens.
One of our most unique offerings is our handcrafted jewelry, made from the stunning blue quail egg shells produced by our carefully bred Celadon quail. What began as a small homestead has flourished into a place where hard work, creativity, and a love for the land come together.
